The Role  You have an uncanny knack for problem solving and you have a sharp product mindset. Our Tech Leads are involved in all aspects of the software design process and create high-performing, scalable, and secure products. This is a hands-on technical role, with no people management responsibilities.   As the most senior technical person in your team, you'll be hands-on in the solution and code, working alongside Product, Design, Quality, Platform, Security and your team to design right-size solutions to build our Products. You aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and define solutions that sit outside of existing patterns.   With deep knowledge of your domain and programming language, you not only understand how choices made in software design and its architecture affect areas like performance, memory management, maintainability and testability - you teach and promote this knowledge to others within and across teams.You are hands-on and keep up to date with the latest .NET and web technologies.    Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You have held a Technical Lead (or similar role) for at least 2 years</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You have worked to improve, modernise and decompose large codebases</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience creating products and features from the ground up, and successfully taking them through to production</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience working on SAAS platforms at scale</li> </ul> <ul> <li>An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Deep knowledge of .NET ecosystem (framework 4.6+ / .NET 6+)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Web technologies –â¯ C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with testing frameworks in C#</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Azure SQL</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Git</li> </ul>   Preferred Qualifications  <ul> <li>Accessibility</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Knowledge of containerisation technologies</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proficiency with one or more public cloud providers such as Azure, AWS or GCP</li> </ul> &nb
