Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want pricing to feel fair and low-risk. Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

Monthly & annual subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime from your account (Stripe Customer Portal) — one click.
  • On cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period; we don’t bill again after that.
  • If something went wrong (double charge, an obvious mistake), email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

3-day pass

  • The pass is a one-time charge that unlocks full access for 72 hours and never renews.
  • Because access is granted immediately, the pass is generally non-refundable once used — but if you couldn’t access what you paid for, contact us.

Disputes

Please email us before opening a card dispute — it’s almost always faster. For small charges we will typically refund rather than contest.
