Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Early Signal (the “Service”), a job-discovery product that surfaces openings at recently-funded US startups, aggregated from each company’s own public careers pages and applicant-tracking systems. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

Early Signal aggregates and enriches publicly available job listings and funding signals. We are not the employer, recruiter, or agent for any listing, and we do not broker employment. Listings are provided “as is” — roles may close or change without notice and we do not guarantee accuracy, availability, salary, or that any application will be seen.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Authentication is handled by Clerk. You must be able to form a binding contract to subscribe.

Plans & payment

• Free — browse a limited number of roles.
• 3-day pass — a one-time charge granting full access for 72 hours. It does not auto-renew.
• Monthly / Annual — recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Prices are shown in USD or BRL based on your region. You can cancel a recurring plan anytime from your account; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk export, framing, or resale of listings or data.
• No sharing of account access or circumventing the paywall.
• No use that violates law or the terms of the underlying company boards.

Intellectual property

Job content belongs to the originating companies; we present it to help you discover and apply directly. The Early Signal name, design, and compiled database are ours.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Early Signal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
