About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Mendix Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Mendix experience, solid application architecture knowledge, and the ability to lead technical design, perform code/model reviews, and mentor other developers. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Mendix. • Lead technical design and contribute to application architecture decisions. • Develop and maintain Microflows, Nanoflows, Domain Models, and Workflows. • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise APIs. • Implement and maintain Mendix security, roles, and SSO. • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability. • Develop Java/JavaScript extensions when required. • Support CI/CD processes and deployments across multiple environments. • Conduct code and model reviews to ensure quality and adherence to engineering best practices. • Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team. • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Requirements • 5+ years of software development experience. • 3+ years of hands-on Mendix experience. • Mendix Advanced Developer Certification or higher is required. • Strong hands-on experience with: o Mendix Studio Pro o Microflows and Nanoflows o Domain Models and Workflows o REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise APIs o Mendix security, roles, and SSO o Performance optimization and troubleshooting o Java/JavaScript extensions o CI/CD and multi-environment deployments • Experience working on enterprise-scale applications and complex integrations. • Strong understanding of: o Application architecture o Security o Scalability o Software engineering best practices • Ability to lead technical design, conduct code/model reviews, and mentor developers.
