Company hidden until unlock
ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior product role at a Series A cold chain logistics intelligence company, sitting at the intersection of AI/ML, regulated pharma workflows, and B2B SaaS. You'll own the core platform roadmap — including a growing roster of AI agents — and directly shape how pharmaceutical manufacturers and logistics providers make high-stakes shipment decisions with confidence. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the product roadmap for core platform modules and an expanding suite of AI agents (live risk, data summarization, lane risk, documentation, and LSP management, plus customer-built custom agents). - Define and enforce a clear contract for agentic features: surfacing context and reasoning, executing only on delegated actions, and maintaining a full audit log. - Spend meaningful time with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain ops to translate complex, regulated workflows into simple, shippable product. - Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML to deliver AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers. - Define concrete success metrics — decisions automated, hours returned, releases accelerated — and track them rigorously. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years in product management or technical product engineering, with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products. - Proven track record collaborating with engineering teams to deliver software features on a roadmap. - Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps and writing clear product requirements. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across design, analytics, data science, and QA. - Comfortable enough with LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures to hold substantive technical conversations with ML engineers. - Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience defining and tracking feature KPIs. - Experience working in or with remote/distributed US-based teams. - Background in cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated environments is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $170,000 – $200,000 USD annually, plus equity. Five weeks PTO and full health benefits. Visa sponsorship is not available — US work authorization required. LOCATION Fully remote (United States). Candidates must be based in the US.
