Working across a diverse roster of local and international talent, you'll lead the planning and execution of release campaigns, helping artists connect with fans and achieve commercial success across physical and digital channels.</p> <p>Partnering closely with artists, managers and internal teams across Marketing, Digital, Sales, A&R and Operations, you'll develop innovative campaigns, oversee release strategy, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to grow audiences, engagement and revenue. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role for someone who combines creativity, commercial thinking and a passion for music.</p> </div> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <p><strong>Marketing Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver release strategies, marketing campaigns, and artist development plans.</li> <li>Forecast project performance and oversee marketing activity from planning through to release.</li> <li>Manage contracts, invoices, and project administration.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Media Promotion</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with media partners to maximise artist visibility.</li> <li>Coordinate interviews, appearances, fan events, and other promotional opportunities.</li> <li>Oversee the creation of advertising and promotional materials.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Social Media & Content Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Digital Marketing team to create content and social campaigns that grow audiences and engagement.</li> <li>Support campaigns across streaming, social, and digital platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Sales</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate physical releases with artists, managers, A&R, Sales, and Operations teams.</li> <li>Create sales materials and retail tools to support commercial success.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Digital Sales</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with Digital Sales teams to deliver campaigns across DSPs, social platforms, and digital partners.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to increase streams, reach, and revenue.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Internal Systems & Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage release set-up, asset delivery, and metadata across internal systems.</li> <li>Partner with Operations to ensure releases are delivered accurately and on time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Share regular marketing, sales, and campaign performance updates with stakeholders and artist teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Marketing Budget Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage marketing budgets aligned to release objectives.</li> <li>Track spend and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.</li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in the music industry across marketing, promotions, publicity, digital marketing, events, or artist development.</li> <li>Strong understanding of social media, digital platforms, and music consumption trends.</li> <li>Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.</li> <li>Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and focus on results.</li> <li>Flexible and willing to
