This role will lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of integrations with systems such as <strong>Sage, QuickBooks, and ERP aggregators (e.g. Codat, Merge, Apideck)</strong>.</p> <p>You will be responsible for building scalable, high-quality integrations that power financial workflows for our partners and customers, working closely with engineering, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.</p> <p>This role is critical to expanding the reach and adoption of Ebury’s API platform.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p><strong>Product ownership & strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the <strong>Connectivity (ERPs) product domain</strong>, including: Direct integrations (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks) and Third-party aggregation platforms (e.g. Codat, Merge, Apideck) </li> <li>Define the <strong>product vision, roadmap, and success metrics</strong> for ERP connectivity</li> <li>Make strategic build vs. buy decisions for integrations </li> </ul> <p><strong>Delivery & execution </strong></p> <ul> <li>Translate partner and business needs into<strong> clear API requirements and specifications </strong></li> <li>Work closely with backend engineers to deliver reliable, scalable integrations</li> <li>Manage dependencies with external ERP providers and aggregation platforms</li> <li>Ensure integrations are production-ready, well-documented, and maintainable<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder & partner management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the<strong> primary product contact</strong> for ERP connectivity internally</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Compliance</li> <li>Engage directly with external partners and vendors to manage integration requirements, timelines, and changes </li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality, scalability & DX</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure a high standard of <strong>API design, consistency, and versioning</strong></li> <li>Partner with the API Platform & DevEx team to deliver: Clear documentation, predictable data models and scalable onboarding for partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>What success looks like</strong></p> <p><strong>In the first 6–12 months: </strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ new ERPs integrations successfully launched and adopted</li> <li>ERP aggregator integration live and supporting multiple downstream ERPs</li> <li>Clear, well-documented integration guides with low integration friction</li> <li>Strong feedback from partners on reliability and usability</li> <li>Reduced operational and support overhead for ERP-related integrations<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <p><strong>Must-have experience </strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of Product Management experience (for L4) / 7+ years (for L5)</li> <li>Strong experience with <strong>APIs, integrations, or platform products</strong></li> <li>Direct experience in <strong>ERP or accounting software integrations</strong>, ideally: Working at companies like<strong> Codat,</strong> <strong>Merge, Apideck,</strong> or building integrations with<strong> Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero</strong>, etc.</li> <li>Comfortable working with technical teams on complex data models and workflows</li> <li>Proven ability to manage external dependencies and third-party vendors </li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in fintech, payments, or financial data platforms</li> <li>Familiarity with OAuth, webhooks, data sync models, and reconciliation</li> <li>Experience defining API standards and versioning strategies </li> </ul> <p><strong>Level-specific expectations </strong></p> <p><strong>Senior Product Manager (L4)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the ERP Connectivity roadmap and execution end-to-end</li> <li>Operate independently within the domain</li> <li>Drive delivery with engineering and partners</li> <li>Make strong tactical decisions with limited guidance </li> </ul> <p><strong>Group Product Manager (L5)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set <strong>strategic direction</strong> for ERP connectivity across the API platform</li> <li>Influence API standards and integration
