This specifically includes the kind of Feasibility, Production Capacity Planning, Construction and supporting of Stamping Process. He or she will lead cross-functional teams during the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning phases and drive sound business decisions throughout the project timeline cycle.</p> <p><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and effectively run meetings to resolve issues related to RFQ, feasibility, equipment design, fabrication, installation & commissioning and execution of stamping equipment. </li> <li>Lead technical design & review meetings for building required Stamping equipment.</li> <li>Coordinate all Investment stages with Suppliers, ME & Stamping Shop teams</li> <li>Create and modify Microsoft Project schedules</li> <li>Ensure the project team is prioritizing tasks and completing them to meet project milestones</li> <li>Report out project updates to Execs</li> <li>Understand product design changes and impacts to Stamping equipment.</li> <li>Mitigate risks, as well as to recognize optimization opportunities</li> <li>Manage internal Lucid Customers, assesses needs regarding priorities, deadlines, and quantities, driving suppliers for on time deliverables.</li> <li>Manage on-site Installation & Commissioning planning with Equipment integrators</li> <li>Track and manage Equipment test runs for SOP.</li> <li>Generate RFQs for Stamping Equipment and vet integrator proposals.</li> <li>Complies with all environmentally safe practices and regulations.</li> <li>Develop and execute FAT/SAT requirements for Pre-Acceptance with integrators.</li> <li>Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production requirements and reviewing production schedules, estimating future requirements.</li> <li>Support vendor selection for all applicable equipment related to the manufacturing line.</li> <li>Manage multiple equipment investments and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors.</li> <li>Travel 25% to visit suppliers (US and International).</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering – Industrial Equipment Engineering, and at least 5 years of professional experience. </li> <li>A technical Apprenticeship with 10+ years of experience.</li> <li>Experience in Project Management / Stamping Engineering experience in a high-volume Stamping Lines and Greenfield Stamping environment.</li> <li>Working knowledge of current manufacturing techniques in Stamping manufacturing environment with extensive Servo Tandem Press line, Laser Blanking Line, Crane, Scrap Conveyor Equipment, tooling, metal stamping, assembly and testing.</li> <li>Deep knowledge and experience of mechanical, electrical and automation features for Stamping equipment.</li> <li>Experience with working with diverse global Stamping Equipment suppliers from different countries.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.</li> <li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>Effective skill in establishing and maintaining working relationships with a wide range of individuals from varying economic, social, and educational backgrounds in a Die manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Strong mechanical, time management and analysis skills.</li> <li>Must be capable of working with peers, subordinates, supervisors, and management on a multidisciplinary team.</li> <li>Ability to remain current with state-of-the-art technologies and practices related to the metal stamping process as well as develop innovative solutions when necessary.</li> <li>Must have the ability to travel internationally.</li> <li>Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, and 3D Design is a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><div> <p data-ccp-border-top="0px none " data-ccp-padding-top="0px" data-ccp-border-bottom="1px solid #000000" data-ccp-padding-bottom="1.3333333333333333px"><span data-contrast="auto"><span class="TextRun Underlined MacChromeBold SCXW258898025 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><strong><span class="NormalTextRun CommentStart SCXW258898025 BCX0">Compensation</span></strong><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW258898025
