Our mission is to build scalable and dynamic commercial capabilities, enabling personalized player experiences at scale.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #494949;">We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Manager who will drive our roadmap for commercial tooling and capabilities, focusing on pricing, promotions, and personalization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Commercial team, internal stakeholders, and external consultants to develop and operationalize innovative solutions. Your primary focus will be enabling high-impact commercial strategies and tactics through structured, scalable enterprise workflows and partner-facing tools.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #494949;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for enterprise enablement products for pricing/offers and personalization</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Partner with internal commercial stakeholders and external consultants to clearly capture requirements and translate them into effective product solutions.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Work closely with Program Management to oversee product delivery, resolve blockers, and ensure timely execution.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to deliver intuitive and scalable tooling.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Coordinate with Global Legal teams to ensure solutions are compliant and optimized for global deployment.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Drive alignment and clear communication across multiple stakeholder groups, including presenting strategic plans and progress to senior management.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Establish clear KPIs and ensure product performance is monitored, analyzed, and continuously improved.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #494949;"><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">5+ years of product management experience, specifically in internal enterprise or B2B software products.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Demonstrated leadership and delivery of complex programs in matrixed organizations, capable of collaboratively &amp; autonomously driving progress</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Strong ability to work cross-functionally with business teams, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex enterprise solutions (B2B / SaaS or marketplace products).</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Experience in agile methodologies and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #494949;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Prior experience in a product role building enterprise enablement solutions (B2B / SaaS, marketplace products)</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">Experience with Price &amp; Proposition management or Personalization systems and tools a plus</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #494949 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #494949;">E-commerce expertise</span></p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.<br></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br>Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determ
