In this role, you will embed directly with business and technical teams — including Legal, FP&amp;A, Accounting, Brand, Customer Support, and Engineering — to discover the highest-value opportunities for AI-powered automation and deliver production-grade solutions. You will own the full lifecycle from opportunity identification and scoping through system design, build, deployment, and adoption, operating as a self-directed contributor who thrives in ambiguity and can navigate complex organizational dynamics. This is a hands-on builder role that requires strong software engineering fundamentals, deep AI expertise, and a product-oriented mindset focused on adoption and measurable business impact, not demos. You will go beyond point solutions to reimagine how entire functions operate as AI-native, agent-powered systems, and you will codify reusable patterns back into Roku's broader AI platform strategy. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
