Working alongside top AI/ML partners like OpenAI, Microsoft, and Databricks, you will leverage the Celonis Process Intelligence (PI) platform and Apollo to bridge IT/OT systems (ERP, MES, SCADA), feed business context to AI, and drive measurable ROI at scale.</p> <p>In this role, you will combine hands-on technical validation (SQL, Python, Prompt Engineering) with high-level strategy—redesigning processes via agentic automation, steering data architectures, and leading end-to-end client engagements from technical workshops to executive readouts.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Pre-Sales &amp; Industry Credibility:</strong> Drive pre-sales and "land" motions. Speak the language of plant managers and supply chain executives to prove Celonis can solve mission-critical manufacturing challenges.</li> <li><strong>Process Re-Design &amp; Agentic Automation:</strong> Move beyond passive analytics. Proactively architect and prototype solutions using workflow orchestration, system write-backs, and AI agents to redesign operational processes.</li> <li><strong>Technical Steering &amp; Data Modeling:</strong> Apply hands-on SQL, Python, and Prompt Engineering skills to steer Apollo toward optimal data models and solution designs, reviewing and validating code for technical rigor.</li> <li><strong>End-to-End Project Ownership:</strong> Lead complex Proof-of-Value (POV) projects. Facilitate technical discovery workshops, manage multi-stakeholder delivery, and align cross-functional client teams.</li> <li><strong>Executive Value Articulation:</strong> Deliver compelling presentations to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical AI/PI architectures into clear financial and operational ROI.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>5–7 years of experience</strong> in technical pre-sales, value engineering, or solution consulting within the Manufacturing sector (Automotive, Aerospace, CPG, or Industrial Equipment).</li> <li><strong>Deep manufacturing domain knowledge</strong> across core operational processes (Supply Chain, Production Planning, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Asset Management).</li> <li><strong>Proven technical proficiency</strong> in <strong>SQL</strong>, <strong>Python</strong>, and <strong>Prompt Engineering</strong> with the ability to inspect code, validate logic, and guide data model creation.</li> <li><strong>Hands-on automation background</strong> translating operational requirements into scalable solutions using orchestration, write-backs, or agentic frameworks.</li> <li><strong>Track record of project ownership</strong>, including structuring workshops, navigating multi-stakeholder dynamics, and delivering executive readouts.</li> <li><strong>Strong executive presence</strong>, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical business leaders.</li> <li><strong>High-growth attitude:</strong> Exceptional adaptability, curiosity, and an eager willingness to learn evolving AI technologies and platform capabilities rapidly.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Operations Engineering, STEM, or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM orchestration, and safety evaluation/guardrails.</li> <li>Experience integrating enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with IT/OT environments (SAP, MES, PLM, SCADA).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sponsorship is not offered for this role</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p class="p1">The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p1">Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off).
