This individual will report into our Product Management Team Lead, and</span> define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product squad, delivering solutions that align customer needs, business goals, and technical capabilities. Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will lead discovery, prioritization, and execution while balancing technical initiatives with business priorities and aligning teams around shared objectives. The Senior Product Manager also evaluates build-versus-buy decisions, vendor partnerships, and enterprise technology investments, overseeing the delivery of custom solutions, SaaS platforms, and complex system integrations. By translating business strategy into scalable technical capabilities, this individual enables innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.</p> <p>This is a <strong>remote-based</strong> role within select states in the United States. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.</span></p> <p><strong>Role Type: </strong>Full-Time, Exempt</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote<strong> </strong><em>(Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington)</em></p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET with flexibility </p> <p><strong>Salary: </strong>$111,035 – $138,794 per year</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic vision and leadership to our largest and most complex initiatives, resolving ambiguous, escalated, and cross-functional challenges with sound, independent judgment</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Project Managers, developers, stakeholders, and leaders across all levels of the organization</li> <li>Partner with Fulfillment Center and Operations teams to translate warehouse/logistics workflows into product requirements, ensuring technology solutions support real-world FC operations</li> <li>Set vision and strategic goals for complex projects, define the experience architecture and desired outcomes across multiple user journeys, and adapt plans and documentation as business needs change</li> <li>Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and machine learning</li> <li>Own and oversee the product backlog, requirements, and user stories across multiple projects, and improve the team’s documentation and delivery practices</li> <li>Build product documentation within JIRA and run scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and sprint review</li> <li>Lead UAT planning and execution, ultimately owning testing and implementation approval to ensure stable, scalable delivery ahead of high-traffic peak seasons</li> <li>Establish project KPIs, develop A/B test and staged rollout plans, build performance monitoring plans, and perform post-launch analysis to determine success and surface new opportunities</li> <li>Communicate complex insights and outcomes to senior stakeholders, mentor and train junior product managers, and influence and improve work across departments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field</span></li> <li>7+ years of product experience</li> <li>A track record of indepe
