We own the full experience from sign-up to first transaction: KYB and KYC flows, document collection and verification, identity validation, and account activation. The complexity is real — we operate across multiple countries each with its own regulatory framework, and we manage a growing ecosystem of identity and verification providers, each with different APIs, contracts, and data models, that we have to orchestrate seamlessly. Every percentage point of activation we unlock translates directly to Clara's expansion across Latin America.</p> <p data-path-to-node="2"> </p> <p>The role is genuinely fullstack and tends to be backend-heavy — integrations, verification orchestration, data flows — so a backend engineer eager to expand their frontend work will feel right at home. A strong frontend engineer hungry to go deeper on the backend is equally welcome. Either way, you'll own features end to end and work in an environment where AI is central to how we build — from automating manual review steps to accelerating how we expand into new markets.</p> <p>We move fast and trust our engineers to own outcomes end-to-end.
