To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one platform, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.</p></div><p class="p1">We're looking for a <strong>security practitioner who wants to move into product</strong>.</p> <p class="p1">Above all, you know the SOC world and have conducted cross-domain investigations E2E, you're experienced in writing reports, you've worked directly with customers, and you understand their pains.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Define and execute the product roadmap across IAM, MDR, ITDR, and detection and response domains.</li> <li class="li1">Lead the definition of our MDR tools and operational processes.</li> <li class="li1">Define and evolve our autonomous AI-based SOC capabilities.</li> <li class="li1">Define the end-to-end incident review and remediation lifecycle, including investigation, root cause analysis, and response workflows.</li> <li class="li1">Translate security, SOC, and AI concepts into clear product requirements and execution plans.</li> <li class="li1">Partner with engineering, AI, security research, and SOC teams to deliver scalable, high-quality capabilities.</li> <li class="li1">Use customer feedback, market insights, and operational metrics to prioritize features and measure success.</li> <li class="li1">Align product strategy with go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams to ensure strong product-market fit.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">4+ years of hands-on experience in SOC / penetration testing / security operations environments</li> <li class="li1">Deep hands-on security domain expertise across SOC / XDR / MDR / SIEM / SOAR.</li> <li class="li1">End-to-end investigation ownership — you've run or managed investigations from alert through triage to resolution, and you've worked directly with logs.</li> <li class="li1">Cross-domain investigation experience — investigations that pivoted across endpoint, email, identity, browser, network, and more.</li> <li class="li1">Real SOC fluency</li> <li class="li1">Customer-facing experience — you've worked directly with customers, understand their pains, and know how to present your findings to them.</li> <li class="li1">Hands-on experience with AI — you've actually used or built with AI in your work (e.g. AI in investigations/detection, AI-assisted security features, or day-to-day AI tooling).</li> <li class="li1">A genuine pull toward product: you want to shape and own the product, not just operate the tools.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">MSP experience — a significant advantage.</li> <li class="li1">Product management experience</li> </ul>
