About EveryPay EveryPay is the digital financial infrastructure powering payments across the Skroutz Group ecosystem and beyond. We build and operate payment products that enable consumers to pay seamlessly and merchants to accept, manage, and reconcile payments with confidence. Our platform connects merchants, marketplaces, and consumers with global card schemes, local payment rails, and modern digital payment methods. We work at the intersection of technology, payments, and regulated financial services. Our products support eCommerce, POS, marketplace, and omnichannel payment journeys, helping businesses process payments securely, reliably, and at scale. At EveryPay, we do more than process transactions. We design payment experiences, APIs, internal tools, and compliance-ready flows that support real business needs: a consumer completing checkout, a merchant receiving funds, an operations team resolving an issue, or a product team adapting to new scheme and regulatory requirements. The Role We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner — Card Payments & Scheme Management to support the development and day-to-day management of EveryPay’s card payment capabilities, with a focus on acquiring, issuing, and card scheme-related requirements. This is a hands-on product role for someone who wants to work close to the core of the payments lifecycle: authorization, refunds, chargebacks, settlement-related processes, scheme mandates, operational tooling, reporting, and integration improvements. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate business needs, scheme requirements, regulatory obligations, and operational feedback into clear product requirements and delivery priorities. The role is focused on helping EveryPay improve the quality, reliability, compliance, and scalability of its acquiring and issuing-related payment products. You will support the implementation of scheme requirements, improve internal processes, contribute to product documentation, and help ensure that payment flows are well understood, properly specified, and effectively delivered. This is not a purely administrative role, and it is not just about managing tickets. You will be expected to understand how product decisions affect merchants, consumers, internal teams, compliance obligations, and the overall payment experience. What You Will Work On You will support projects that improve how merchants, partners, and internal teams move through onboarding, approval, setup, activation, and go-live. The role focuses on merchant onboarding and product operations, while also supporting related initiatives across payments, internal tools, compliance processes, integrations, and operational workflows. Key areas include: Merchant onboarding journeys across eCommerce, POS, marketplace, and omnichannel environments. Application, review, approval, configuration, activation, and go-live processes. Coordination between Commercial, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Support, Product, and Engineering. Internal tools used to manage onboarding, merchant setup, approvals, issue tracking, and operational visibility. Documentation, checklists, workflows, process flows, project plans, and stakeholder updates. Improvements that reduce manual work, delays, rework, unclear ownership, and operational friction. API, integration, and technical onboarding flows for merchants and partners. Reporting, monitoring, and status visibility across onboarding and activation. Compliance, risk, scheme, and operational requirements that affect merchant onboarding and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Manage projects related to merchant onboarding, activation, payment setup, and operational readiness. Coordinate cross-functional work between Commercial, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Support, Product, and Engineering. Help define and improve end-to-end onboarding flows, from merchant application through approval, configuration, testing, activation, and go-live. Translate business, operational, compliance, and technical needs into clear requirements, workflows, checklists, and project plans. Create and maintain documentation, status updates, process flows, meeting notes, action items, and stakeholder communications. Identify process gaps, manual workarounds, unclear ownership, delays, and areas for improvement. Support Product and Engineering teams by clarifying requirements, dependencies, priorities, and expected outcomes. Track progress, risks, blockers, decisions, and follow-up actions across onboarding-related projects. Help prioritize improvements based on customer impact, business value, operational effort, compliance urgency, and technical complexity. Support issue resolution by coordinating stakeholders, clarifying root causes, and ensuring follow-through. Help improve onboarding quality, speed, transparency, and consistency across different merchant types and payment use cases. Ensure that onboarding changes are scalable, clearly documented, operationally manageable, and aligned with internal controls. What You Bring Experience in project management, product operations, business analysis, operations, fintech, banking, payments, or a regulated business environment. Ability to manage cross-functional projects involving business, operational, compliance, and technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple workstreams, actions, dependencies, and deadlines. Ability to turn unclear needs into structured plans, requirements, documentation, and follow-up actions. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
