Geotab is seeking a Product Manager who will direct product development from conception to launch and is responsible for discovering, developing, and carefully cultivating new products and ongoing product enhancements that support Geotab’s business models and continued growth. If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!</span></p> <h1><span style="color: rgb(37, 71, 123);">What you'll do:</span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">As a Product Manager, your key area of responsibility will be discovering, developing, and cultivating new products and ongoing product enhancements to build customer intelligence and advance the product strategy. You will need to work closely with senior product leadership, cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support), Sales, and UX designers, developers, and data scientists. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter and resourceful professional with strong analytical, communication, empathetic listening, and problem-solving skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong organizational abilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience balancing short-term sales targets with long-term strategic investments.</span></p> <h1><span style="color: rgb(37, 71, 123);">How you'll make an impact:</span></h1> <ul data-path-to-node="5"> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"> <p id="p-rc_d7fa1cbee8186e20-27" data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Perform customer discovery interviews with prospective and existing customers and partners to identify product gaps and generate new ideas for continuous value add for existing customers, grow market share for new customers, and <span class="citation-714 citation-715 citation-end-715">overall improve Geotab’s customer experience.</span></span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"> <p id="p-rc_d7fa1cbee8186e20-28" data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span class="citation-712 citation-713">Leverage various research methodologies and customer inputs</span><span class="citation-712 citation-713 citation-end-713"> to identify common patterns, pain points, problems to be solved/jobs to be done, and use this to identify relevant solution opportuniti</span><span class="citation-712 citation-end-712">es/product effor</span>ts.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"> <p data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Develop a product roadmap and align internal stakeholders to the developed roadmap strategy.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"> <p data-path-to-node="5,3,0"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Work closely with senior members of the team and product leadership to provide input on the long-term vision of the product.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"> <p data-path-to-node="5,4,0"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and others) to build and execute the product development and go-to-market strategy for key roadmap deliverables.</span>
