The AI Transformation Program Manager will be a key member of HubSpot’s Finance Transformation team, leading high-impact AI initiatives that automate Finance processes using AI agents, bots, and intelligent workflow solutions. You’ll work at the center of Finance, Technology, and functional process teams to modernize core Finance operations, reduce manual effort, and unlock strategic capacity across the Finance organization.</p> <p data-start="2048" data-end="2470">You will own AI-enabled transformation projects from discovery through adoption, partnering closely with Finance Systems, Engineering, FinTech Integration, Data, and functional SMEs across P2P, Payroll, QTC, Accounting, Internal Audit, and FP&amp;A. You will also take a leading role in AI tool training and enablement across Finance, driving adoption and the team’s ability to deliver business value and time savings with AI.</p> <h2 data-section-id="1wajri6" data-start="2472" data-end="2489">What You’ll Do</h2> <ul data-start="2491" data-end="4695"> <li data-section-id="vz2yhf" data-start="2491" data-end="2616"><strong data-start="2493" data-end="2538">Develop and maintain a Finance AI roadmap</strong>, including opportunity sizing, prioritization, and business case development.</li> <li data-section-id="1dmee3v" data-start="2617" data-end="2900"><strong data-start="2619" data-end="2677">Lead end-to-end Finance process automation initiatives</strong> using AI agents, bots, and intelligent workflow tools, with a focus on high-volume transactional areas such as invoice processing, contract lifecycle management, SOX testing, collections, accruals, and monthly close tasks.</li> <li data-section-id="oxrji9" data-start="2901" data-end="3078"><strong data-start="2903" data-end="2977">Conduct detailed current-state process analysis and Gemba walkthroughs</strong>, collaborating with functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.</li> <li data-section-id="1yu7lof" data-start="3079" data-end="3303"><strong data-start="3081" data-end="3146">Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements</strong>, partnering with Finance teams to complete BRDs and facilitate clear scope definition for AI solution design, aligned with Transformation PM best practices.</li> <li data-section-id="w017ry" data-start="3304" data-end="3560"><strong data-start="3306" data-end="3387">Lead cross-functional project planning, discovery, design, and implementation</strong>, collaborating with Technology teams, including AI Engineers, FinTech Integration Specialists, and RPA/Automation Specialists, to evaluate, select, and deploy AI solutions.</li> <li data-section-id="19izvx6" data-start="3561" data-end="3741"><strong data-start="3563" data-end="3590">Drive change management</strong>, including communication plans, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption strategies to support successful rollouts of AI-enabled transformations.</li> <li data-section-id="qqpj5e" data-start="3742" data-end="3931"><strong data-start="3744" data-end="3782">Establish KPIs and success metrics</strong> for automation initiatives, measure ROI, and track time savings, accuracy improvements, compliance enhancements, and reductions in manual workloads.</li> <li data-section-id="fvjel8" data-start="3932" data-end="4197"><strong data-start="3934" data-end="3977">Lead AI enablement and adoption efforts</strong> across Finance, partnering with Technology and Learning &amp; Development teams to deliver targeted training and resources and working with HubSpot AI champions and external partners to exchange best practices and insights.</li> <li data-section-id="10ximcg" data-start="4198" data-end="4460"><strong data-start="4200" data-end="4251">Identify risks and support governance processes</strong> for Finance AI in partnership with audit and compliance teams, including data governance, solution approval frameworks, controls, regulatory and SOX compliance, audit documentation, and mitigation strategies.</li> <li data-section-id="17v5cdn" data-start="4461" data-end="4695"><strong data-start="4463" data-end="4541">Partner with Finance Systems, Business Systems Engineering, and Data teams</strong> to support seamless integration of AI automation across systems such as Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, ServiceNow, FloQast, and other enterprise applications.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1lpl61x" data-start="4697" data-end="4717">What You’ll Bring</h2> <p data-start="4719" data-end="4746"><strong data-start="4719" data-end="4746">Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-start="4748" data-end="6024"> <li data-section-id="1pydwpw" data-start="4748" data-end="4890">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li data-section-id="3n888e" data-start="4891" data-end="5034">6–10+ years of experience in Finance transformation, Finance operations, program management, or technology-enabled process improvement roles.</li> <li data-section-id="po1hqt" data-start="5035" data-end="5218">Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled or automation-focused implementations, including AI agents, ML-driven tools, RPA, or workflow automation platforms, for Finance functions.</li> <li data-section-id="1yrahco" data-start="5219" data-end="5406">Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, particularly P2P, QTC, Accounting close, Payroll, and SOX, and the ability to quickly assess process gaps and automation potential.</li> <li data-section-id="8r29oa" data-start="5407" data-end="5570">Proven track record of
