The Product Integration Engineer will be responsible for translating closed deals into successful customer onboarding projects in support of the CEO, Director of Business Operations, and Director of Engineering, working closely with the Product Delivery Lead to deliver and manage each contract. This role will report to the Director of Engineering. As part of Vega Health’s commitment to our customers, the Product Integration Engineer will work with the Product Delivery Lead to carry out eachengagement together.</p> <p>The Product Integration Engineer will help manage the post-sale customer technical onboarding and integration workflows, aligning business requirements with technical implementations, and maintaining ongoing support of the customer’s implementation and configurations. The Product Integration Engineer will regularly communicate with clinical, operational, and technical leaders within customer sites to maintain visibility into strategic priorities and technical challenges. The Product Integration Engineer will also participate in research conferences and maintain a contemporary knowledge of how novel AI methods are being applied in healthcare settings, which may lead to sourcing new AI solutions and developing custom models with partners to solve priority use cases that can then be commercialized with partners. The ideal candidate will understand healthcare system operations, be able to navigate complex stakeholder environments, maintain contemporary knowledge of emerging applications of AI in healthcare, knowledgeable of health systems technology and technical resources, and be excited to solve clinical and operational challenges at the intersection of AI and healthcare delivery.</p> <p>This role offers significant growth potential as we scale. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead multiple implementations, own customer relationships, define playbooks, and participate in product development discussions to share learnings from real customer experiences. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where responsibilities will shift as the company grows and as customer needs evolve.</p> <h2><strong>Where you'll get to dive in</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Implementation Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Commercial Operations and Finance Lead to ensure smooth handoffs from the prospective customer journey to implementation</li> <li>Deliver and refine scalable technical materials (e.g., system architecture document) for onboarding new customers, from kickoff through go-live and post-implementation optimization</li> <li>Partner with the Product Delivery Lead to manage the day-to-day of each implementation as the solutions manager for each client site, including support of product integration, capacity building to optimize use of AI solutions, development of materials and deliverables, and facilitation of stakeholder meetings</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product & Engineering and technical advisory resources, as needed, to advance the implementation</li> <li>Develop a customer-specific Data Exchange and Infrastructure Plan, including pathways for accessing on-premises or cloud resources, implementing role-based access controls, and providing support to modern integration tooling (e.g. API, SSO, ETL Pipelines, etc.) </li> <li>Create technical training, support materials, and operational runbooks to support the customer’s IT function and teams</li> <li>Partner with subject matter experts to document internal data connection, preparation, review and transformation workflows to ensure properly derived metadata, value thresholds, and notifications align with customer processes</li> <li>Maintain communication with clinical, operational, and technical leaders within customer environments to ensure visibility into strategic priorities and emerging challenges</li> <li>Identify opportunities to leverage customer capabilities and assets to develop custom AI solutions with customers to fill gaps in the market</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Customer Success</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the AI Evaluation Lead to consult customers on configuration and implementation of AI solutions for evaluation and review</li> <li>Update internal and customer-facing dashboards to ensure technical requirements are visible across implementations (e.g., status of milestones)</li> <li>Develop training materials and education content to build capabilities within customer organizations to optimize use of AI solutions</li> <li>Work
