Company hidden until unlock
ABOUT THE ROLE We're a seed-stage AI SaaS company building an operating system that automates office work for home-service businesses — and we're looking for a founding Product Designer to help shape the product from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founding team to craft complex, AI-powered interfaces that are as intuitive as they are powerful. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the very center of what we build. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own end-to-end design across the product — from early concepts to polished, shippable UI. - Prototype rapidly using Figma, AI tools (Lovable/Cursor), and code when needed. - Collaborate closely with engineering on a React/TypeScript frontend. - Talk regularly to customers to deeply understand their needs and translate them into intuitive solutions. - Take complex, feature-rich interfaces and make them feel simple and effortless. - Contribute wherever the business needs design help — pitch decks, marketing assets, and beyond. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped work. - Proven experience designing for an early-stage startup — this is essential. - Track record of 0-to-1 product work: you've built things from scratch and shipped them. - Has conducted customer interviews and uses those insights to drive design decisions. - Proficiency with Figma; familiarity with prototyping via AI tools (Lovable, Cursor) or Webflow is a strong plus. - Comfortable with React/TypeScript at a conceptual level; ability to prototype in code is a big plus. - Obsesses over beautiful, intuitive interfaces and sweats the UX details. - Low ego, high ownership — you thrive in fast-moving, high-intensity environments. - Exceptional recent graduates with a strong portfolio of built and shipped projects are welcome to apply. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $100,000 – $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION Fully remote. Ideally based in a European time zone (US East Coast also welcome). Open to both full-time employees and exceptional full-time contractors.
