Tract is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with real estate holdings throughout the United States.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Engineer who possesses expertise in supporting large-scale civil infrastructure and land development projects during due diligence, design, permitting, estimating, and procurement. The successful candidate will join our growing team and help advance developments throughout the United States from early-stage feasibility through construction handoff. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of post-education experience in preconstruction, design management, estimating, or development of commercial/industrial land development projects.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Position Overview</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Qualified candidates will assist in the planning, design, budgeting, and preconstruction development of projects to comply with local and industry standards, regulations, and specifications.
