We notice that it usually takes about 8 years of professional experience to learn these thingsSolid practical experience with: Swift, UIKit, Reactive Programming, Java, KotlinExperience with SwiftUI is a plusA testing ownership mindset you take responsibility for the full development cycle, from implementation to ensuring features are defect free and shipped to usersExperience with production app monitoring and troubleshootingInterest in building polished animations, working closely with a Motion DesignerTechnical Depth:Solid practical experience with: Swift and KotlinIdeally experience in C++ and FlutterCross-Stack Proficiency:Familiarity with fullstack development.Consultative Mindset:Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders to solve challenging, ambiguous problems.Communication Skills:Fluent verbal and written English to collaborate in an international environment.Local language (Finnish) is a plusAdaptability:Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.
