Your Day-to-Day Build the curriculum framework – Develop the learning pathway, level progression, and curriculum structure for Mandarin programs across kids and teens. Lead content development – Oversee lesson plans, teaching materials, activities, and assessments aligned with learning objectives and Mandarin standards such as YCT/HSK. Ensure curriculum quality – Review and improve curriculum to ensure it is age-appropriate, engaging, structured, and consistent across different levels. Develop teacher resources – Create teaching standards, teacher guides, and training materials to support consistent curriculum implementation. Drive testing & continuous improvement – Lead curriculum pilots, gather student, parent, and teacher feedback, and use insights to improve learning outcomes and student engagement. Partner cross-functionally – Work with Product, Academic, Operations, and Growth teams to launch and improve programs while ensuring the curriculum supports customer needs and business objectives. Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin/Chinese Studies, Linguistics , or a related field. 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, Mandarin education, or academic program development, with experience developing programs for children and/or teenagers. Strong Mandarin proficiency (HSK 6/equivalent or native-level preferred) and strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Strong understanding of pedagogy, child development, age-appropriate learning , and Mandarin learning standards such as YCT/HSK. Strong curriculum design, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage curriculum development from framework to implementation. Experience in education/learning centers is preferred; experience launching or developing new education programs/products is a plus.
