Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Graphic Designer at Fanatics Collectibles, you will be responsible for executing high-quality, innovative design solutions that align with brand identity, product strategy, and marketing objectives. This role requires strong individual ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills to drive projects from concept to production. You will work across multiple product lines, ensuring consistency and quality while also supporting the transition of assets to pre-production partners. Additionally, you will play a key role in refining creative processes and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth project execution.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Creative Execution & Project Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to final production</li> <li>Develop compelling designs for trading cards, branding, and marketing assets, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines</li> <li>Create production-ready assets with a deep understanding of print specifications, color accuracy, and material limitations</li> <li>Generate and explore original concepts and visual directions from open-ended creative briefs, presenting multiple solutions when appropriate.</li> <li>Work independently to manage design tasks while balancing creative exploration with technical precision</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Process Facilitation & Pre-Production Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the transition of assets to pre-production partners, vendors, and print production teams</li> <li>Ensure proper file setup, including color separations, dielines, resolution, and technical formatting for different manufacturing processes</li> <li>Explore new design approaches, materials, print techniques, finishes, and production methods that can elevate the final product.</li> <li>Coordinate with external print vendors, specialty production partners, and contract artists to develop new techniques and execute creative concepts.</li> <li>Identify and troubleshoot potential design or print issues before they reach production</li> <li>Partner with internal teams and vendors to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in asset handoff</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives</li> <li>Clearly communicate design rationale, project status, and technical requirements to both creative and non-creative stakeholders</li> <li>Support junior team members by sharing best practices and technical expertise, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Multi-Tasking & Problem-Solving</strong></p> <ul> <li>Balance multiple high-priority projects with shifting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality</li> <li>Adapt quickly to feedback and implement revisions efficiently without sacrificing design integrity or brand consistency</li> <li>Identify process bottlenecks and contribute solutions to improve design workflow and production efficiency</li> <li> <div> Adapt creatively to each project, embracing feedback and exploring unfamiliar styles, tools, and applications to push concepts and solve creative challenges.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>5.
