These concepts include lifestyle-based offerings, multicultural, and condition-specific products, to mention a few.</p> <p>You will operate as a hands-on innovation product manager, translating strategy into testable concepts, supporting pilot development, and coordinating efforts to bring new solutions from idea to scalable opportunity.</p> <p>You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development.</p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong>This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note, this list of states is subject to change. #LI-Remote</p> <p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong>The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $135,792 - $178,227 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is:: $122,212- $160,404 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Product Innovation & Concept Development</strong> <ul> <li>Promote development of new insurance product concepts and health solutions (e.g., lifestyle-based, multicultural, condition-specific health plans)</li> <li>Translate strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and use cases</li> <li>Identify opportunities based on member needs, health disparities, and market trends to differentiate and win</li> </ul> <strong>Lifestyle, Multicultural, & Population Health Solutions</strong> <ul> <li>Contribute to development of culturally-aligned and population-specific offerings</li> <li>Support design of condition-focused solutions (e.g., chronic condition or disease-specific concepts)</li> <li>Help shape offerings that improve engagement, outcomes, and provider/member experience</li> </ul> <strong>Market & Opportunity Analysis</strong> <ul> <li>Analyze market, competitive, and member analysis to inform innovation priorities</li> <li>Support opportunity sizing and business case inputs for new concepts</li> </ul> <strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong> <ul> <li>Partner with product design, clinical, network, actuarial, corporate strategy, and growth teams</li> <li>Coordinate inputs and timelines to move concepts from brainstorming to pilot and launch</li> <li>Support documentation, decision-making, and partner agreement efforts</li> </ul> <strong>Pilot Execution & Learning</strong> <ul> <li>Support execution of pilots and early-stage programs</li> <li>Track performance, gather insights, and summarize insights</li> <li>Recommend whether to refine, pivot, or discontinue product concepts</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead different teams to develop requirements and support implementation.</li> <li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree</li> <li>5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or corporate strategy</li> <li>Experience supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement plans, or pilot programs</li> <li>Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with health insurance product development, population health, or member engagement solutions</li> <li>Familiarity with multicultural or underserved population strategies</li> <li>Exposure to condition-based or clinically oriented product models</li> <li>Experience in early-stage product development or experimentation</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
