This includes designing the policy structure, configuration storage and reliability, secret management, and engines that enable these capabilities. This will allow you to build a performant and robust system from the ground up, having a direct impact on the success of the product line.Required Experience5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineerStrong proficiency in a subset of modern backend programming languages (Go, Python, Node.js, Rust, etc.)Deep understanding of database technologies, their performance characteristics, and use casesProven experience designing, building, and securing modern RESTful or gRPC-based APIs for highly available systemsExperience with Policy Engines and policy-as-code frameworksStrong understanding of security and secret storage technologiesStrong communication and documentation skillsFrontend experience is a plusExperience with modern cloud providers and DevOps experience is a plusIoT and Embedded system experience is a nice-to-haveWe offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees’ health, well-being, and long-term success. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 – $250,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Most candidates can expect an offer within the range listed above.
