The ideal candidate is a strong, fungible engineer — someone equally at home in a complex legacy Java application and a React client portal, who can also add meaningful AI/LLM functionality on top of real-world business workflows.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">This is not a role for pure AI/ML specialists or narrow LLM researchers.
