As an Integration Engineer, you will work on developing and maintaining Integration & Automation Solutions for Legion WFM customers.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</strong></p> <p>Senior Integration Engineers provide leadership, facilitate analysis and design tasks, and support multiple Legion teams in developing an enterprise's solution architecture. Job responsibilities are grouped across four key areas: Technical Integrations, Customer-Centric Consulting, Legion Product Expertise, and a Commitment to One Another.</p> <h3>Technical Integrations</h3> <ul> <li>Design and implement scalable integration architectures connecting Legion with HR, POS, Payroll, and other enterprise systems.</li> <li>Develop secure and efficient REST APIs within Legion's API-driven ecosystem.</li> <li>Ensure high-performance, reliable integrations using modern cloud platforms.</li> <li>Engage with architects and engineers for design collaboration and code reviews.</li> <li>Improve development practices and stay ahead of agile software engineering trends.</li> </ul> <h3>Customer-Centric Consulting</h3> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted customer advisor, providing expert guidance on integration strategies.</li> <li>Lead architecture and design sessions to customize and optimize integrations.</li> <li>Manage multiple customers, balancing competing priorities effectively.</li> <li>Build long-term relationships, ensuring seamless integration adoption and support.</li> <li>Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed.</li> </ul> <h3>Legion Product Expertise</h3> <ul> <li>Gain and maintain deep knowledge of Legion's product and integration ecosystem.</li> <li>Identify, report, and prioritize product bugs and enhancements.</li> <li>Stay updated on new releases and enhancements to drive product adoption.</li> <li>Write secure, enterprise-grade integration code using leading platforms and technologies.</li> <li>Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.</li> </ul> <h3>Team Collaboration & Mentorship</h3> <ul> <li>Share expertise and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing.</li> <li>Contribute to integration best practices and internal technical documentation.</li> <li>Support process improvements and advocate for scalable, sustainable integrations.</li> <li>Commit to high-quality work, setting personal and team objectives aligned with organizational goals.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of business/information/solution/technical architecture experience</li> <li>Graduate of a university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant STEM field, including Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant degree</li> <li>Must be able to work as a team player, yet can work independently.</li> <li>Analytical, results-driven, and have a solution-oriented approach</li> <li>Possess exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills, including verbal, written presentation, and listening.</li> <li>3+ years of experience with event-driven Architecture and Microservices</li> <li>Demonstrated deep technical expertise in Integration technologies and protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, JMS, JDBC</li> <li>Experience using Linux/Unix environments</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of scalable integration solutions with integration platforms such as Workato, SAP BTP Integration Suite, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, SnapLogic </li> <li>Strong experience with Java/RESTful web services</li> <li>Exposure to agile software development leveraging toolsets (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Jenkins)</li> <li>Demonstrate knowledge and experience with CI/CD processes and tools.</li> <li>Proven track record of using problem-solving / root-cause analysis</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate has workforce management integration experience</li> <li>2+ years of experience using AWS technologies such as AWS CDK, Cloud formation, S3, ECS, EKS, and EC2</li> <li>Proactive and able to command respect through intelligence, hard work, and persistence</li> <li>Experience with SAP products such as SAP SuccessFactors, Business Technology Platform (BTP), Integration suite, extension services, and SAP S/4. </li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT LEGION</strong></p> <p>Join Legion'sLegion's mission to turn hourly jobs into good jobs.
