About this role

<p>We are looking for an <strong>Instructional Designer</strong> for our <strong>Learning &amp; Development Team</strong> — a role focused on solving business and performance challenges through learning rather than simply creating training content.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a corporate L&amp;D environment, applying a product mindset, and making decisions even when data is incomplete.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>Challenges that await you:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Design learning solutions that address real business and performance challenges rather than simply delivering training content</li> <li>Define learning objectives, expected behavioral changes, and measurable business outcomes for every initiative</li> <li>Design end-to-end learning experiences, including learning architecture, learning paths, practice activities, reinforcement, and transfer to the workplace</li> <li>Select the most effective learning format for each challenge, whether it's a course, simulation, checklist, case study, manager enablement, or an in-workflow intervention</li> <li>Create high-quality learning content that supports measurable performance improvement</li> <li>Formulate learning hypotheses, validate them through pilots and iterations, and continuously improve learning solutions based on data</li> <li>Apply both learning and business metrics to evaluate effectiveness and measure impact</li> <li>Design MVP learning solutions and pilot programs before scaling initiatives across the organization</li> <li>Partner with L&amp;D Project Managers to analyze results, identify what worked, and iterate on future solutions</li> <li>Maintain and continuously improve the knowledge base, ensuring it remains a practical tool rather than a static repository</li> <li>Develop reusable learning frameworks and scalable design patterns instead of building every solution from scratch</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What makes you a great fit:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Proven experience in corporate or B2B Learning &amp; Development is required</li> <li>Experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Methodologist, or in a similar role&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience applying both learning and business metrics to evaluate training effectiveness</li> <li>Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies</li> <li>Product mindset with the ability to start from business goals and desired outcomes rather than content creation</li> <li>Experience working with hypotheses, experimentation, validation, and iterative improvement</li> <li>Strong systems thinking and the ability to make decisions in situations with incomplete or ambiguous information</li> <li>Confidence to challenge training requests when learning is not the right solution and recommend a more effective approach</li> <li>C1 English level for effective communication with an international team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your bonus skills:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in both corporate Learning &amp;
