This </span><span class="_animating_6ta1u_10" data-newtext-seq="493">candidate will work closely with the </span><span class="_animating_6ta1u_10" data-newtext-seq="530">Engineering and Product teams spread </span><span class="_animating_6ta1u_10" data-newtext-seq="567">across North America, Europe, and </span><span class="_animating_6ta1u_10" data-newtext-seq="601">India.</span></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers and assets at scale.</li> <li>Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components (with depth aligned to your strengths).</li> <li>Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration.</li> <li>Partner closely with product, design, and external teams to turn ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.</li> <li>Improve system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components.</li> <li>Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices, architecture reviews, and technical direction.</li> <li>Influence the roadmap, lead large-scale technical initiatives, and amplify impact across teams.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-6 years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with production experience across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, comfortable owning systems end-to-end.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks, such as wallet connectivity/integrations, dApp development, blockchain RPCs and indexing, and/or on-chain/off-chain payment & settlement flows.</li> <li>Familiar with DeFi primitives (e.g., DEXs, swaps, lending, trading platforms) and how they work in real systems.</li> <li>Experience with some combination of: <ul> <li>Modern frontend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Redux)</li> <li>Backend services and APIs (e.g., C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar)</li> <li>Smart contracts and on-chain interactions (e.g., Solidity)</li> <li>Bonus: hands-on experience with Solana Anchor programs, SVM smart contracts, or Solana Web3.js.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle (signing, submission, execution) and a security-first mindset when designing Web3 systems.</li> <li>Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance).</li> <li>Frontend-leaning or backend-leaning profiles are welcome, as long as you have shipped <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1">Web3-enabled systems</span> in production and want to expand your scope over time.</li> </ul> <p>The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000 in San Francisco and New York. The compensation range provided may span multiple career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on factors including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. For candidates outside of San Francisco and New York, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market and location-based pay band. The base salary range listed excludes commission (if applicable), equity, and benefits. The pay range represents the minimum and maximum target for new-hire compensation.
