This is a hands-on founding role with real users, real environments, and real consequences.What You’ll DoBuild end-to-end product features across backend, frontend, and agentic layersIntegrate LLMs and design safe, pragmatic tool interfacesPrototype quickly and iterate based on live operational feedbackDebug across the entire stack and remove bottlenecksCollaborate closely with product, domain experts, and early customersInfluence architecture, engineering standards, and the early roadmapHelp shape hiring and engineering culture from the ground upWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of relevant engineering experienceStrong fluency in Python or TypeScriptProven ability to ship full-stack features end-to-endExperience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-augmented featuresStrong debugging skills across backend and frontendClear communicator with a bias toward action and simplicityNice to HaveExperience with agentic workflows or tool-use patternsFamiliarity with React, Node, FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworksExposure to workflow engines or event-driven systemsExperience in operations-heavy domainsPrior zero-to-one or startup experienceHow We WorkWe value speed, clarity, and technical rigor.
