You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of deployed Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets by identifying, investigating, and preventing field issues. This role works closely with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams that perform routine monitoring and maintenance, and with Service Engineering, which owns advanced technical escalation. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Field Quality Engineer serves as the frontline quality owner in the field, focusing on identifying systemic quality issues, conducting structured investigations, and driving corrective and preventive actions. This role plays a critical part in reducing repeat failures, improving fleet reliability, and feeding real world learnings back into engineering, suppliers, and operational processes.
