ABOUT US At Connectly, we’re building the future of conversational commerce in Latin America, starting with WhatsApp. Our 360° AI engagement platform empowers businesses to sell, support, and scale directly inside the app their customers already use every day. We’re a VC-backed Series B startup with a world-class team from Meta, Google, Uber, and other top Silicon Valley companies. We operate as a hybrid company, with offices in Bogotá and San Francisco, and distributed teams across Latin America, including Brazil, where many of our AI agent engineering efforts are based. At Connectly, we believe in curiosity, innovation, and relentless improvement. If you want to help shape the AI platform that powers conversational commerce for millions of users, and work alongside world-class engineers, product leaders, and go-to-market teams, we’d love to meet you. JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for an Agent Product Manager, New Verticals to explore, validate, and build AI agent solutions for new industries and use cases. Today, Connectly’s AI leads work closely with existing customers to build and improve agents in our core verticals. As we expand into new markets and new industries, we need to show prospects working solutions that go deep into their specific problem spaces. This role exists to make that happen. You will research new verticals, talk directly to prospects and customers, join sales conversations, identify high-value workflows, and build working demo agents on Connectly’s platform. You will use mock data, prompts, workflows, tools, integrations, and evals to make new use cases feel real before they are fully productized. This is a hands-on 0-to-1 product role. You should expect to build agents yourself every week. You will work closely with engineering, but you should not be waiting for engineers to turn every idea into a demo. You will be expected to go deep into the problem space, understand the customer’s workflow, create a strong product point of view, and translate what you learn into both working demos and a roadmap for vertical-specific product capabilities. You will also own the roadmap for vertical-specific features, such as capabilities needed for regulated, operationally complex, or workflow-heavy industries. For example, this could include agent capabilities around prescription validation, eligibility checks, account workflows, identity verification, ticketing, order flows, or other industry-specific needs. This role reports to the Head of Product and is based in Brazil. RESPONSIBILITIES - Explore and validate new vertical opportunities for Connectly’s AI agents. - Develop a deep understanding of industry-specific workflows, customer journeys, pain points, regulations, buying criteria, and operational constraints. - Speak directly with prospects, customers, sales teams, AI leads, and internal product teams to identify the most valuable agent use cases. - Join sales calls to understand customer needs, validate use cases, and help shape compelling solution narratives. - Build working demo agents on Connectly’s platform using prompts, workflows, mock data, integrations, tools, and evals. - Create demos that go beyond surface-level prototypes and show a real understanding of the target problem space. - Define what a strong agent experience should look like for new verticals, including conversation design, tool usage, fallback behavior, handoff, memory, and success criteria. - Identify product gaps that prevent Connectly from winning or scaling in specific verticals. - Own the roadmap for vertical-specific capabilities and partner with engineering to bring those capabilities into the platform. - Write clear product requirements, specs, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. - Work closely with AI engineers, product engineers, and platform teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver new agent capabilities. - Use customer feedback, demo performance, and sales learnings to decide which use cases should become repeatable product patterns. - Collaborate with go-to-market and AI lead teams on vertical-specific demos, narratives, and enablement materials. - Help Connectly decide which new verticals are worth deeper investment and which use cases should be deprioritized. - Codify learnings from each vertical into reusable product patterns, templates, tools, and best practices. - Actively test agents, debug behavior, improve prompts and flows, and evaluate quality hands-on. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU EXCEL - You are highly curious and can quickly understand unfamiliar industries, workflows, and customer problems. - You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning vague opportunities into concrete product direction. - You have a builder mindset and enjoy creating things yourself, not just defining what others should build. - You can go from customer conversation to workflow map to working demo to product roadmap. - You are comfortable working with AI tools and technical systems, even if you are not a software engineer. - You can use tools like Claude Code, Codex, APIs, JSON, mock data, workflow builders, or other AI-assisted development tools to move quickly. - You are strong at customer discovery and can separate real urgent problems from interesting but low-value ideas. - You can write clear product specs and work effectively with engineers. - You communicate well with technical, product, sales, and customer-facing teams. - You are excited by AI agents, conversational products, automation, and 0-to-1 product development. - You care about building product capabilities that are repeatable and scalable, not just one-off demos. WHAT YOU BRING - 3+ years of experience in product management, founding a startup, consulting, solutions, or another high-ownership role. - Experience working on 0-to-1 products, new markets, new use cases, or ambiguous customer problems. - Strong ability to understand compl
