Our Product team is building the next generation of financial products, and we’re looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join us on this journey.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will you do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end design processes for complex products and features, from research and discovery through design, prototyping, and implementation.</li> <li>Design intuitive and polished user experiences while contributing to the evolution of our Design System.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools and Claude Code as part of your daily workflow for research, problem exploration, rapid prototyping, and accelerating product development.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.</li> <li>Experience designing complex systems and data-rich products.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with Design Systems.</li> <li>Ability to independently lead design initiatives and take full ownership of projects.</li> <li>Strong product thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>A strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, problem-solving, and product thinking.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <p>A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.Enjoy collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.A quick learner who embraces new technologies, tools, and ways of working.A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for building great products.</p> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <p>Experience designing AI-powered products and experiences.Familiarity with GitHub and modern collaboration workflows with engineering teams.Experience in the finance industry or designing for finance professionals.</p>
