<p><strong>UX Architect</strong></p> <p>At Eon, we're transforming how enterprises access, protect, and leverage their backup data—turning it from a passive insurance policy into an active business asset. As we continue to scale our platform, we're looking for a UX Architect to define the user experience vision and build the foundation for how our products evolve.</p> <p>This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll work closely with founders, engineering, customers to shape product experiences from concept to execution. You'll play a key role in understanding user needs, defining workflows, and ensuring every product decision is driven by an exceptional user experience.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define the end-to-end user experience across Eon's platform and establish a long-term UX vision.</li> <li>Translate complex cloud, data, AI, and infrastructure workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.</li> <li>Lead user discovery by working directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.</li> <li>Partner closely with engineering and leadership to define product direction and user experience.</li> <li>Own information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and UX best practices across the platform</li> <li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and continuously improve the user experience.</li> <li>Establish scalable UX principles, design patterns, and interaction standards as the platform grows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in UX Architecture, Product Design, UX Research, or a similar role designing complex B2B SaaS products.</li> <li>Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and systems thinking.</li> <li>Experience designing data-intensive products, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, analytics, or developer platforms.</li> <li>A passion for simplifying highly technical workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences.</li> <li>Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and drive customer-centric decisions.</li> <li>Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating insights into impactful product improvements.</li> <li>Proficiency with Figma and modern UX design tools.</li> </ul> <p>This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on a category-defining platform, helping shape the future of enterprise data while creating experiences that enable customers to unlock the full value of their data through AI, search, analytics, and automation.</p>
