YOUR ROLE You own how fonio feels on the web. Our website is our most important storefront — and right now it's not where it needs to be. You don't build one nice page, you build a system: a design system and landing page templates that roll out into localized pages across 9+ markets. Continuous optimization, not a one-off redesign. You design and ship - you own the build end-to-end, not a handoff to engineering. We're building an AI operating system for SMBs - people should feel that on the website. WHAT TO EXPECT - You own the design and continuous optimization of our website and landing pages - You build a scalable design system with reusable components - You develop landing page templates that localize across all markets (DACH, FR, IT, ES, UK, PL, US, and more) - You design and ship live yourself - full ownership from concept to published page - You think in user journey, conversion, and responsive design - You work closely with the Creative Director on brand direction WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Several years of experience as a UI/UX or web designer focused on converting websites (portfolio required) - You think in systems and components, not individual pages - You build and ship yourself - Experience with design systems and localization across multiple markets - You understand conversion and think in journeys - German at native level + good English WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive salary: €65,000–€90,000 - Equity - you're building this, so you should own a piece of it. - Food & drinks - lunch and dinner are on us at the Vienna office (plus all the drinks you want, and yes, we have protein bars and vitamins too). - Relocation bonus (if you still need to move to Vienna) - Equipment of your choice - whatever makes you happy. - Regular team offsites.
