<p><strong>About the Position</strong><br>We are looking for a Trainee Manual QA Engineer to join a team developing and maintaining modern mobile applications in the field of loyalty programs and digital services.<br>This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Quality Assurance by working on real commercial projects under the guidance of an experienced engineering team.</p> <p><strong>About the Project</strong><br>Our team is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of mobile applications and supporting web solutions for one of the largest loyalty platforms in Ukraine.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform manual testing of Android and iOS mobile applications</li> <li>Execute functional and regression testing</li> <li>Verify new functionality after releases</li> <li>Identify, document, and analyze software defects</li> <li>Test integrations between multiple services</li> <li>Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, Product Designers, Project Managers, and other teams</li> <li>Participate in daily meetings and software development processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</li> <li>Knowledge of QA fundamentals and software testing theory</li> <li>Understanding of test design techniques</li> <li>Knowledge of SDLC and STLC</li> <li>Experience writing test cases and bug reports</li> <li>Basic understanding of REST APIs (would be an advantage)</li> <li>Understanding of mobile application testing principles</li> <li>Basic knowledge of web application testing</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Willingness to learn and develop quickly</li> <li>Responsibility and proactive attitude</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Trainee Program</strong><br>The Trainee Program lasts 3 months.
