Tanzu engineer

About this role

<p>We are looking for an experienced Tanzu Engineer with 5+ years of IT infrastructure and platform engineering experience, including hands-on expertise in VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting container platforms while enabling cloud-native application delivery.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Deploy, configure, and manage VMware Tanzu Kubernetes environments.<br>Administer Kubernetes clusters, namespaces, networking, and storage.<br>Automate platform deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).<br>Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.<br>Troubleshoot container, Kubernetes, and Tanzu platform issues.<br>Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines.<br>Implement platform security, backup, patching, and disaster recovery best practices.</p> <p>Required Skills<br>5+ years of IT Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or DevOps experience.<br>Strong hands-on experience with VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes.<br>Experience with Docker, Helm, and container orchestration.<br>Knowledge of VMware vSphere, NSX, and vSAN is an advantage.<br>Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or scripting (Bash/Python).<br>Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.<br>Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking, and cloud-native technologies.</p>
