It makes a difference!</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with teams to design, build, deploy and monitor new and existing services;</li> <li>Build and evolve our change management and release processes;</li> <li>Identify and improve processes by automation;</li> <li>Focus on observability and logging with our services by proactive monitoring, alerting, and detecting anomaly in our systems;</li> <li>Take part in monitoring activities, being able to quickly mitigate issues in production while project teams are engaged;</li> <li>Mitigate issues in production by using a variety of methods like scripts, automations, infrastructure scaling;</li> <li>Raise 3rd party tickets when needed (Microsoft, CloudAMQP, NewRelic, etc);</li> <li>Update and improve runbooks;</li> <li>Deep-dive into root cause analysis with teams to prevent incidents;</li> <li>Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to build scalable, secured and resilience systems;</li> <li>Practice Support Engineering methodologies such as defining SLO and error budget;</li> <li>Work closely with Operations team to ensure all processes are aligned with teams;</li> <li>Contribute to capacity planning and access management process;</li> <li>Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;</li> <li>Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving;</li> <li>Hands on experience in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, ArgoCD;</li> <li>Experience with SRE and Support Engineering methodology/culture;</li> <li>Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, RabbitMQ, AWS, Java and Python;</li> <li>Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, DataDog, Grafana;</li> <li>Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);</li> <li>Experience with Agile projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>More about you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You´re passionate about software development and knows how to ensure its quality;</li> <li>You´re motivated by building up world class solutions that impacts millions of users all over the world;</li> <li>Experienced working in an environment which uses and stimulates DevOps culture;</li> <li>You´re creative when solving problems and is continuously seeking improvements for processes and solutions;</li> <li>You can communicate clearly with your team and the company to identify issues and demands;</li> <li>You have the autonomy to recognize the current and new priorities, evaluating the impact of their outcomes in the final result;</li> <li>You can take on projects or initiatives on early stage, being capable of building solutions from the ground up.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performance based bonus*</li> <li>Attendance Bonus*&nbsp;</li> <li>Private pension plan</li> <li>Meal Allowance</li> <li>Casual office and dress code</li> <li>Days off*</li> <li>Health, dental, and life insurance</li> <li>Medicines discounts</li> <li>WellHub partnership</li> <li>Childcare subsidies</li> <li>Discounts on Ambev products*</li> <li>Clube Ben partnership</li> <li>Scholarship*</li> <li>School materials assurance</li> <li>Transport allowance</li> </ul> <p>*Rules applied</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
