Staff Software Engineers are responsible for developing, contributing to decisions related to design and architecture of new frontend features while supporting existing development efforts for our industry-leading platform. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="529"><strong data-renderer-mark="true"><u data-renderer-mark="true">Your Mission&nbsp;</u></strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="544">As a Platform Frontend Engineer, you will operate with a <strong data-renderer-mark="true">platform-first mindset</strong>, building and evolving UI capabilities that scale consistently across the entire product ecosystem. You will partner closely with UX, Product, and UI Architecture teams to design and deliver <strong data-renderer-mark="true">standardized, reusable UI building blocks (organisms/patterns) </strong>that enable multiple product teams to build consistent, high-quality experiences efficiently.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="973">You will focus on creating <strong data-renderer-mark="true">framework-level solutions rather than feature-level implementations,</strong> ensuring that all UI components are <strong data-renderer-mark="true">extensible, composable, and aligned with platform standards. </strong>Your work will directly influence how frontend solutions are built across teams by driving <strong data-renderer-mark="true">consistency, reusability, and long-term scalability</strong>.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1311">The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in <strong data-renderer-mark="true">JavaScript and Angular</strong>, along with deep experience in building <strong data-renderer-mark="true">platform-grade UI systems</strong>, including design systems, component libraries, and shared frameworks.
