You think in terms of systems and tradeoffs, not just individual tickets.</p> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">8+ years of professional software engineering experience</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Demonstrated track record leading technical initiatives that span multiple engineers or systems</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Deep expertise in frontend and/or backend technologies relevant to OneTrust's platform, including cloud architecture experience</p> </li> </ul> <h3 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Extra Awesome</h3> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf, or similar) in a professional setting, with genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to accelerate and elevate day-to-day engineering work.</p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below.
