This role is a senior individual contributor position focused on building fast, reliable, and delightful solutions through customer-centric, AI-driven engineering.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>As a founding Staff Software Engineer</strong> for Xometry's India PDT team, you will help elevate engineering practice, mentor engineers across the organization, and ensure our marketplace systems deliver measurable business value at scale.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
