We are seeking a Sr. SAP S/4HANA Finance Configuration Analyst who will serve as a functional lead and hands-on configurator across SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and closely integrated finance platforms such as BlackLine, SAP Business One, ProLease, and other finance-related systems. This role will be hybrid in Rhode Island/Boston 3 days a week in the office.   What You'll Do <ul> <li>Serve as a functional lead for SAP S/4HANA Finance</li> <li>Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA)</li> <li>Design and support integrations with BlackLine, SAP Business One, ProLease, and banking platforms</li> <li>Lead design workshops, fit-to-standard sessions, and UAT</li> <li>Act as functional project lead for medium to large initiatives</li> <li>Manage systems integrators and consultants</li> <li>Maintain solution documentation and support close activities</li> <li>Contribute to Finance technology roadmap and modernization initiatives</li> </ul>   What You'll Bring <ul> <li>7+ years SAP Finance configuration experience with S/4HANA</li> <li>Strong Record-to-Report process knowledge</li> <li>Experience integrating SAP with finance ecosystem tools</li> <li>Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, SAP Integration Suite</li> <li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li> </ul>   Nice to Have <ul> <li>Financial close automation experience</li> <li>SAP Fiori and embedded analytics exposure</li> <li>Global, multi-entity environment experience</li> <li>SAP S/4HANA Finance certification</li> </ul>   We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer Hasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment.
