This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems, working with customers, and applying GenAI capabilities in practical, production environments.</p> <p>This is a delivery-focused role that blends strong software engineering fundamentals with applied AI and customer collaboration.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the design and implementation of customer-facing solutions.</li> <li>Build and enhance backend services, integrations, and workflows using JazzX’s platform.</li> <li>Apply GenAI and LLM-based capabilities as part of reliable, scalable systems.</li> <li>Work closely with customer teams under the guidance of senior technical leads.</li> <li>Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving deployed systems.</li> <li>Learn and grow toward broader technical ownership and leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Hands-On Software Engineering</strong></p> <ul> <li>Write and maintain production-quality code across backend services, APIs, and orchestration layers.</li> <li>Implement integrations with multiple third-party systems using RESTful APIs and service interfaces.</li> <li>Contribute to system design discussions and follow established architectural patterns.</li> <li>Ensure features meet quality standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Applied GenAI &amp; Agentic Systems</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement LLM-powered features such as agent workflows, reasoning steps, and tool interactions.</li> <li>Work with prompts, tool interfaces, and control logic to support agentic behavior.</li> <li>Help evaluate agent behavior using real-world signals such as correctness, latency, and cost.</li> <li>Collaborate with senior engineers to adopt and extend GenAI frameworks and patterns.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Customer Delivery &amp; Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support technical execution for customer POCs, pilots, and production deployments.</li> <li>Work with customer engineering and IT teams to integrate JazzX into existing systems.</li> <li>Assist in diagnosin
