In this role, you will own end-to-end software development and execution for audio pipeline and wireless audio distribution across multiple Roku device lines, partnering closely with SoC vendors, QA, and globally distributed engineering and product teams. You will serve as a dedicated people leader, actively engaging in your team members' personal and professional development, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable strategizing at the system level and diving deep into technical details when needed. You will drive the team through a transformation to enable broad use of agentic development across a large codebase and proprietary tools, staying at the forefront of AI tool advancements and their applicability in software and product development.
