We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to help build test tools, frameworks, and infrastructure, focused on delivering high quality system software which drives the PlayStation experience.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"> As a Software Engineer, you'll focus on building test frameworks and infrastructure, internal tools, and automating test workflows. You will collaborate closely with Quality Engineering and Software Engineering teams to build robust systems to ensure console software delivered to customers and game studios are of the highest quality.</span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Design, build, and maintain test frameworks, tooling and infrastructure for teams which develop and test software for the Playstation console.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using <strong>Jenkins, GitHub Actions</strong> or similar tools.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Collaborate with Quality and Development teams to enable testing of both hardware and software components in isolation. </span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Construct telemetry systems and dashboard in order to make data-driven decisions about technical feature development.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Build tooling for AI-driven testing initiatives</span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Required Qualifications</span></strong></h2> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">2+ years experience in designing, developing and maintaining tools and applications in <strong>Python, C++, or Javascript </strong>with a focus on building testing tools, and test frameworks at scale.
