Our mission is to provide the highest level of safety, performance and reliability for our customers.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What you'll be doing:</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As part of our team, you'll develop distributed services, collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and operations team members to build highly robust solutions. Role responsibilities include:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide solutions that are simple, maintainable, well abstracted, and with accurate test coverage</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform in-depth requirement analysis and design/code reviews with peers</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Problem solve and triage issues including addressing operational incidents</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What we're looking for:</span></h2> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BS degree in computer science or equivalent with 3+ years of strong hands-on Java (ideally Reactive Java Programming) development experience for backend web services using Spring boot framework</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must have - Experience developing front end applications using <strong>React Native, React Native for Web, React Web</strong></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must have - Experience with <strong>GraphQL</strong> including the Apollo Client and <strong>GraphQL</strong>-compliant server stacks.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must have - Experience developing <strong>Mobile/Computer Apps</strong> targeting <strong>iOS, Android and PC environments</strong></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Would like to have – Experience with <strong>Swift</strong> and <strong>Objective C</strong></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience developing services built for deployment into AWS EC2 or EKS using Docker</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience developing applications on Unix/Linux platforms</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with servlet containers (e.g., Tomcat), JAXRS, Spring, Spring Boot and related technologies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience developing REST based web services also utilizing JSON and XML.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with agile development methodologies and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Jenkins, JIRA, Git etc.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to deliver results and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Works well with others at all levels and is effective at working with geographically remote and culturally diverse teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Passion for quality with the ability to inspire, excite and motivate other team members.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.<br><br>Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.&nbsp;<br><br>In addition, this role<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>is eligible<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.&nbsp;This role also may be eligible for a bonus package.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Click&nbsp;<a href="https://careers.playstation.com/benefits" target="_blank"><strong>here</strong></a><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>to learn more.</p></div><div class="title">The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.</div><div class="pay-range"><span>€69.500</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>€104.300 EUR</span></div></div></div><div class="content-
