Working at scale, you’ll help shape how millions of players discover, purchase, and engage with content they love.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces for PlayStation’s commerce experiences using modern web frameworks like React.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Implement personalization features that adapt to player behavior in real time, helping deliver dynamic, player-first storefronts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with designers and UX researchers to bring intuitive and beautiful interfaces to life.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Champion frontend quality through testing, observability, and continuous improvement of UI architecture and developer experience.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of frontend development experience building customer-facing web applications.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with frameworks like React.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in HTML, CSS, browser performance, and accessibility standard methodologies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience integrating with backend APIs and working in a workflow centered around design systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience building, testing and deploying mobile apps.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Attention to detail, especially around usability, responsiveness, and visual polish.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Testing Library.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with localization/internationalization (i18n) and performance tooling.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">An eye for UI/UX and a desire to partner closely with design.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to frontend observability tools (e.g., Sentry, Lighthouse).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Some backend knowledge or curiosity about full stack development.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform crucial job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
