Adopt design for lab validation, regression test setup, and production environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive end-to-end test software development from design through deployment and post-deployment improvements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to coding standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Innovate software and system design to meet accuracy, cycle time, and other performance factors.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate closely with hardware design and firmware teams to understand the product and its functionalities. Investigate root causes of failures and drive product improvements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate hands-on during test hardware bring-up, system debugging, and help with software optimization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Incorporate design techniques to achieve ease of validation and maintenance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Challenge ideas and decisions with reasoning from first principles.</p> </li> <li> <p>Travel to different facilities worldwide to collaborate with teams and deploy our solutions.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong>: </p> <ul> <li> <p>BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.</p> </li> <li> <p>1+ years of professional experience in developing software for distributed systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic understanding of electrical theory.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with testing and measurement hardware platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Expertise using system-level languages (such as Golang, Rust, C, C++, etc.) to automate systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to write efficient code under resource constraints (memory, CPU).</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with version control systems like Git.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with microcontrollers and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, etc.).</p> </li> <li> <p>Be engaged, proactive, and positive when taking on challenging tasks, owning assignments, and taking accountability for personal and overall team success.</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div class="prose prose-lg relative mx-auto my-24"> <div class="absolute inset-0 flex items-center"> </div> <div class="relative flex justify-center"> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>Please note</strong>: This role requires working on-site 5 days a week.
