This is a&nbsp;<strong>hands-on senior role</strong>&nbsp;requiring deep technical expertise, strong operational ownership, and effective partnership with business and technical teams.</p> <p>The role owns resolving operational issues while also leading infrastructure modernization and enterprise delivery initiatives across hybrid and cloud environments.</p> <h2><strong>What you get to do!</strong></h2> <h2><strong>Escalation Support &amp; Availability</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own and resolve&nbsp;<strong>Tier 3 incidents</strong>&nbsp;involving hardware, software, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure.</li> <li>Monitor system health, diagnose root causes, and implement permanent fixes to maintain uptime.</li> <li>Serve as the&nbsp;<strong>final resolution point</strong>&nbsp;for complex, high-impact technical issues.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Enterprise Projects &amp; Architecture</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead&nbsp;<strong>end-to-end delivery</strong>&nbsp;of enterprise initiatives, including system migrations, new implementations, upgrades, and modernization efforts.</li> <li>Design, configure, upgrade, manage, and solve systems across&nbsp;<strong>on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments</strong>.</li> <li>Partner with collaborators to gather requirements, design solutions, implement changes, document outcomes, and complete operational handoff.</li> <li>Establish and enhance standard processes for&nbsp;<strong>system design, testing, implementation, security, and operational support</strong>.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Cloud, Identity &amp; Collaboration</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design and support solutions across&nbsp;<strong>Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365</strong>&nbsp;within hybrid and multi-cloud environments.</li> <li>Administer&nbsp;<strong>Microsoft Entra ID</strong>, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), identity governance, and MFA.</li> <li>Support Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services including&nbsp;<strong>Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Intune</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Defender</strong>.</li> <li>Integrate identity and access controls across&nbsp;<strong>Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments</strong>, supporting secure authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access.</li> <li>Lead cloud and collaboration migrations, including&nbsp;<strong>on-premises to cloud</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>tenant-to-tenant</strong>, and post-acquisition integrations.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Endpoint, Server &amp; Core Infrastructure</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Administer and support&nbsp;<strong>Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise endpoint environments</strong>, including mixed or partially migrated deployments.</li> <li>Design, monitor and support&nbsp;<strong>Windows Server environments up to and including Windows Server 2022</strong>.</li> <li>Support&nbsp;<strong>Active Directory</strong>, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and core identity services.</li> <li>Administer virtualization platforms including&nbsp;<strong>VMware and Hyper-V</strong>.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Hybrid, Multi-Environment Architecture</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design and support&nbsp;<strong>hybrid architectures</strong>&nbsp;spanning on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms.</li> <li>Work within&nbsp;<strong>multi-forest Active Directory</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>multi-tenant Microsoft 365</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>multi-cloud environments</strong>&nbsp;(Azure, AWS, VMware).</li> <li>Partner with software development and digital teams to ensure infrastructure enables secure, scalable solutions.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Networking &amp; Security</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design and support network infrastructure including&nbsp;<strong>firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and access points</strong>.</li> <li>Administer and support&nbsp;<strong>Fortinet network and security equipment</strong>.</li> <li>Implement security-first architectures aligned with&nbsp;<strong>Zero Trust principles</strong>.</li> <li>Support regulated environments including&nbsp;<strong>Microsoft 365 GCC High</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Azure Government</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>AWS GovCloud</strong>.</li> <li>Participate in environments where&nbsp;<strong>FedRAMP and other
