This team is responsible for our landing experiences, focusing on building and optimizing discovery and landing experiences across various channels—including AI, search, paid media, and distribution—to significantly expand our reach, increase traffic, accelerate user activation, and drive app adoption.</p> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> <ul> <li>Help develop TKWW’s landing experience apps and services, creating a beautiful and memorable first impression for our customers.</li> <li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions within the Squad, contributing to the achievement of product and engineering goals.</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet technical and business requirements.</li> <li>Drive technical design discussions for complex features and systems, ensuring alignment with Squad architecture and organizational standards.</li> <li>Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.</li> <li>Act as a key contributor to the Squad’s development processes by identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency and quality.</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the stability, performance, and maintainability of Squad systems.</li> <li>Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks, recommending their adoption to enhance engineering capabilities.</li> <li>Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, features, and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong>SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:</strong> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.</li> <li>Proficiency across modern web stacks utilizing React, Node.js, JavaScript/Typescript, GraphQL, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure, with strong knowledge of coding best practices and testing methodologies.</li> <li>A passion for building beautifully crafted user experiences</li> <li>A background working on landing experiences with an understanding of performance optimization, SEO, AEO, and high-scale content is a plus.</li> <li>Strong understanding of system architecture, including experience with scalable infrastructure, service topography, and cloud technologies.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, with experience in debugging tools and performance optimization.</li> <li>Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to various audiences and working cross-functionally.</li> <li>Experience mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within the team.</li> <li>Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including task prioritization, iterative delivery, and collaboration in Scrum or Kanban environments.</li> <li>Commitment to delivering high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code, with a strong focus on user impact and technical excellence.</li> <li>Fluent enough in English to be comfortable communicating and coordinating with teams in multiple geographic locations</li> </ul> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Private health insurance</li> <li>Life insurance</li> <li>Employee assistance program: on-demand mental health assistance program for any professional or personal matter</li> <li>Optional salary advances</li> <li>Tax relief options: pre-tax savings for food, transport, daycare and work related training expenses</li> <li>Gym membership discount</li> <li>Personal time off: 23 working days of holidays per year + additional days each year considering the application of the max. annual working hours of the Collective Bargaining Agreement</li> <li>Other leave entitlements: enhancements to statutory leave permissions, for instance: maternity, paternity, childcare, illness and others to support work-life balance</li> <li>Work from home allowance (40€/month)</li> <li>Food allowance (55€/month)</li> <li>Employee gifting</li> <li>Signature events</li> <li>Employee resource groups</li> <li>DEI & Sustainability councils</
